Description

ATB is seeking to evaluate IWMS solutions that can provide an Integrated Workplace Management System that encompasses the classic five core IWMS functionalities described below in addition to a core set of principles / compatibilities an IWMS solution ideally supports:
- Capital Project Management
- Real estate portfolio management (including Lease Management)
- Space and facilities management
- Maintenance management (including Asset Management)
- Sustainability and energy management
