Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit Proposals to
design, fabricate and install two elementary school additions (the "Project" or the “Facility”) which would be built
using modular construction under a Progressive Design-Build agreement (the "Design-Build Agreement").
