EMC ECS EX300 (or equivalent) storage warranty extension and maintenance renewalEVENT 2 is to update and change the contract period to one firm year + 2 option years, to update the list of deliverables and to respond to industry question.Initial Contract Period: October 31, 2024 to October 31, 2025Contract Period: October 31, 2024 to October 31, 2027Annual Milestone Payments

First payment: for the period from October 31, 2024 to October 30, 2025
Second payment: for the period of October 31, 2025 to October 30, 2026
Third payment: for the period of October 31, 2026 to October 30, 2027
