All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-07-05 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

This bid solicitation is for a Strategic Advisory, Business Consulting and Change Management Services firm to provide a business strategy to modernize the case management system and provide ongoing analysis and advice for Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Client and Case Relationship Management (CCRM) Initiative.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS.
