Nature of Requirements:

The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), a Special Operating Agency of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), owns and operates the federal government’s civilian vessel fleet.

CCG has a requirement for a Self-Powered Telephone System for small, medium and large vessels to meet its operational requirements of providing efficient communications between critical locations throughout the vessels in emergency conditions

The purpose of this standing offer is to purchase a Commercial-off-the Shelf (COTS) Self Powered Telephone system, as well as individual components for sparing for existing Self Powered Telephone systems with the option for training/commissioning services as listed in Annex A.

The Standing Offer will have an initial period of 5 years with two one-year option periods.
