The purpose of this RFQ is to select a bidder to supply Catholic Youth Bibles – 4th Edition to ECSD. Bidder(s) are to submit pricing to include all charges. This RFQ is intended to provide bidder(s) with information such that the pricing included in any proposal will accurately reflect the requirements of ECSD with respect to:

• Description and requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process;
• ECSD's evaluation criteria and method in reviewing bids;
