Description

This Request for Proposal invites Bulk Aviation Fuel and Delivery Service Vendors to submit proposals for a Standing Offer Agreement which may result in the establishment of a Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) to provide for the supply of bulk aviation fuel and related delivery services to the Shuswap Regional Airport (Salmon Arm) (hereinafter referred to at the Shuswap Regional Airport).

This RFP covers the provision of products and services required on a “more or less, as, if, and when required” basis to the Shuswap Regional Airport.
Vendor proposals must outline a quality service-oriented agreement that will include the provision identifying risk management issues, preventative maintenance issues, etc.
This is a three (3) year contract with an option to extend an additional two (2) years upon acceptance by both parties.
