Your organization is invited to respond to this Request for Quote based on the following project descriptions:

• The Planning Committee chooses meals and orders from the vendor.
• Exact quantities are still to be determined. Please provide per unit pricing for all quantities listed in Appendix A
• The Games Committee must approve all meals.
