******************************************************************************************** SCOPE OF WORK:
The repairs shall include but not be limited to the following. A price per square metre shall be supplied to perform the repairs. The City will supply all bricks required to complete the job(s) to the successful Contractor. The Contractor shall supply all other materials and equipment required. The City estimates that 50-75% of the original bricks can be re-used on repair jobs.
a) Remove existing brick from sidewalk area
b) Excavate and remove from site existing
c) Screed area with 3/8" minus/sand
d) Re-install sidewalk bricks for positive water flow, re-using all bricks in good
condition (new bricks supplied by City of Moncton)
e) Spread setting sand and compact, sweep clean
