Description

The objective of this RFP is to partner with an innovative, flexible and qualified supplier(s) to acquire & supply physical materials for FVRL's collection and provide cataloguing and processing services. FVRL’s collections are dynamic, and FVRL is seeking a supplier(s) experienced and able to adapt to ongoing changes in acquisition, cataloguing and processing.

FVRL reserves the right to award multiple contracts as a result of this competitive process if, in the sole opinion of FVRL, best value is achieved by awarding separate contracts based on these three (3) separate but related categories of physical collection materials:

Printed books (English language only)
Multimedia
World Languages – printed books (all audiences)

All materials supplied shall meet Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws, including distribution rights.
