Description

This RFP is open to all suppliers.
The City of Calgary (The City) and Calgary Transit are sourcing new and rebuild original equipment manufactured or equivalent Allison transmissions for ongoing Transit fleet maintenance. This RFP will cover a variety of models to support the entire Transit fleet of buses.
The Deliverables are included in one (1) Schedule.

This procurement process is not intended to create a formal, legally binding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year.

The Agreement may be renewed four (4) times for one (1) year each time. No more than five (5) years in total
