Description

Leduc County, Fire Services Department, is soliciting Proposals from qualified Design-Build Proponent teams for the provision of design and construction services of the new Leduc County Fire Services Nisku District South Fire Station to be located at the Edmonton International Airport in Leduc County, Alberta.

A Pre-Proposal Site Meeting is not currently scheduled as the site is accessible to all proponents. A pre-proposal tour/walkthrough at the New Sarepta District Fire Station is currently scheduled to provide proponents insight into the County requirements. The tour will only take place if sufficient interest is expressed. No questions will be answered on this tour. A maximum of 3 members of the proponent team will be allowed on the tour.

Proponents will need to sign up by emailing tenders@rpm-consulting.ca and indicating the following:
1. Put New Sarepta Site Tour in Subject line
2. Name of firm that will be leading/submitting the proposal
3. Names of up to 3 team members who wish to attend and firms they work for
4. Contact person in case of change in tour including email phone number
