Description

Notice is hereby given by the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure of its intent to grant Ground Transportation Systems Canada Inc. ("GTS Canada") the exclusive right to design and supply certain equipment, software and systems, including related services, comprising the automatic train control system for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project (the “Project”) as a designated subcontractor required to be engaged by the primary contractor on Systems and Trackwork Contract for the Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project.
