The County is seeking a consultant to prepare a 5-year strategic plan that:
- Defines the County’s GIS goals for the next 5 years that fits the size and type of
organization that we are;
- Sets out an implementation strategy and tactics to meet the goals;
- Recommends administrative operating models, providing options for roles in delivery on
the goals;
- Estimate costs and resources for implementing the plan
