National Master Standing Offers for bulk aviation fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-and-when-requested basis from June 15, 2022 up to and including March 31, 2023.

This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement and the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, for deliveries to *Inuvik, NT. * where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to and services performed in.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
