The current public works building has exceeded its usable life. The Town needs a new building with enough capacity for their staff and up to date facilities. The Town would like to complete a new Public Works Building with a Design/Build framework. The project will consist of designing and constructing a new Public Works Building and utilizing a new boiler that the Town currently has possession of.

The major objectives of this project are to provide an architectural design to suit the basic floor plan and areas with supporting disciplines for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
