Description

This RFB is an opportunity for prospective Bidders to be part of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for the provision of Office Products, Print and Copy Paper, and/or Laser Toners.

There will be one vendor awarded for each product category to a maximum of three vendors on this VOR arrangement. The three categories are:
1. Office Products
2. Print and Copy Paper
3. Laser Toners

Each product category will consist of a core list of commonly-purchased products, in addition to access to each vendor’s full catalogue of available products within the applicable category.

The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (the Ministry) is seeking to ensure uninterrupted goods and services to Ontario Public Service (OPS) clients without exclusion.
Scope of Work
This VOR arrangement will be available to all ministries covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to non-OPS entities in accordance with the provisions in the Form of Agreement.

The selected bidders(s) will be required to enter into an agreement for the category they were successful in with the Ministry for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached as "OfficeProducts eRFB Parts 1-4, Part #2 - Form of Agreement"
