CBRM_P22-2021 - GLACE BAY ARENA FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATION

The Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) is operating the newly renovated Glace Bay Miners Forum, 15 North St., Glace Bay, N.S. The centerpiece of the building upgrade is the the expansion of the ice surface to regulation size as well as the renovation of a multi-purpose program/catering room that will be operated as part of the new building operation. A complete upgrade of the existing facilities for food and beverage services is included in the project. As part of this solicitation process a layout of the newly renovated facilities and a supplied equipment list for the facility is attached. It is CBRM’s expectation that the selected food and beverage operator will utilize this equipment for the provision of the food and beverage service for the facility. CBRM is requesting proposals from qualified Food and Beverage providers to enter into a long-term lease agreement with the municipality for the provision of food and beverage service outlined in the following scope of work. CBRM will manage of the building and will work closely with the selected vendor and building clientele to ensure a high quality food service across a broad spectrum is provided.
