Description

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is inviting Proposals for the operation and maintenance of the Creston Composting Facility in accordance with the Creston Compost Facility Operations Plan, as well as in accordance with regulatory bylaws or policies adopted or amended by the Board of the Regional District of Central Kootenay, and all applicable legislation, regulations, and best management practices. The Contract is for the supply of all supervision, labour, materials, tools, sampling, equipment and any incidentals necessary to operate the Regional District of Central Kootenay’s Creston Composting Facility.
