Addendum #1 has been issued to provide the Q&A in response to questions received prior to the deadline and to provide a revised Appendix E due to the fact that the original version contained some locked cells.

A signed copy of the addendum must be included with all submissions.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Services
Proposals are invited and shall be received up to 1:30 pm on Friday, June 4, 2021, for HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Services at various New Brunswick Liquor Corporation stores throughout the province.

RFP documents may be obtained from the NBON website only.

There will be a question period from time of posting until end of day on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. All questions regarding the RFP can be addressed by email only to procurement@ANBL.com. No inquiries will be accepted after this date.

ANBL will respond to all inquiries by Thursday, May 27, 2021 issuing an addendum which will be posted on the NBON website.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place, there will not be a public opening following the closing.

ANBL reserves the right not to accept the lowest, highest, or any proposals.
