The CEBA program required the call centre capabilities previously provided under A-31 and then A-1 to continue as the CEBA call centre continued to support the CEBA program and build collections out to March 31, 2024. This contract provided call centre services specifically for CEBA that would provide callers with their loan status, CEBA program clarifications and information and collections and replayments support out to March 31, 2024. Capabilities included telephoney, interactive voice response (IVR) and routing capabilties, knowledge management, worforce management, reporting, French and English services, call disposition tracking, hold and call back, call recording and storage, call centre agents and training.
