The objective of this RFP is to identify a SSP who, either directly with their own resources, or by acting as the primary SSP in a partnership, will carry out the Functional Services of an SSP, as outlined in Annex A – Deliverables, Section 2 (Functional Services).
The SSP will also carry out the Change Management Services required to support or implement incremental changes to the Functional Services as may be required by GISA regularly or from time to time and which reflect the ever-evolving environment in which GISA operates. These services are outlined in Annex A – Deliverables, Section 3 (Change Management Services).
In addition to the above services, the SSP will be required to provide a road map toward Business Transformation as described herein. In 2020, GISA undertook a targeted engagement with Regulator, Rate Board, and automobile insurance industry representatives (2020 Strategic Review) to assess current Functional Services delivery and identify desired future-state strategic outcomes for GISA. The review focused on exploring opportunities to modernize GISA’s service delivery infrastructure to enhance data collection, analysis and reporting systems to ensure system sustainability, responsiveness, and scalability. Current trends and the future-state strategic outcomes against which the vision and implementation road map is to be developed are outlined in Annex A – Deliverables, Section 4 (Business Transformation).
