INFORMATION SHEET

General Description of Work:
The scope consists in the supply and installation of multiple camera posts and projector assemblies. The scope includes fabrication, shop paint and on-site installation. For a more detailed scope of work specifically for tender package TP09 – MISC METAL refer to the Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package

Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as March 20, 2019 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Questions:
Direct questions to Construction Manager (CM) by email only. Direct all questions to Evan Toole Evan.Toole@pomerleau.ca before March 14, 2019 before 14:00 EST. The subject line of all email correspondence regarding this tender package must begin by “P06H-TP09- MISC METAL”.

Security Requirement:
The Subcontractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, at minimum hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of RELIABILITY issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
All personnel of the Contractor that will work on the Project will be required to hold a valid Personnel Security Screening at the level of SITE ACCESS STATUS as a minimum.
