Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned Tender Package.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform or the MERX Private website, subject to the applicable conditions of the site.

For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Chantal Demers, by email to chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than five (5) days before the tendering deadline.
Tenders will be submitted according to the following instructions:
Submission date: Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 12:00 EST
Bids shall only be received from Subcontractors by the Construction Manager electronically via:
• the Building Connected platform;
• Confirm intent to bid TO: bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca and
chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca to be added to Building
Connected for bid submission
• Confirm bid submission TO: bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca and chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca
• All Bids must be submitted via Building Connected. All bids submitted by email with not be considered resulting in disqualification.
