PCL CONSTRUCTORS EASTERN INC. (PCL), acting as Construction Manager for the Les Terrasses de la Chaudière (LTDCL) Envelope Replacement project, is initiating a process to prequalify proponents for the supply and installation of the modular curtain wall and cross laminated timber scope of work. This component of the overall envelope replacement project is estimated at approximately $100,000,000.00.
As part of this process, proponents will be required to prequalify to meet the specific requirements of this project. Only proponents considered by PCL to meet the prequalification requirements will be eligible to submit a bid for this project.

(PCL), qui agit à titre de Directeur des travaux dans le cadre du projet de remplacement de l’enveloppe de bâtiment à Les Terrasses de la Chaudière (LTDLC), entreprend un processus de présélection d’entrepreneurs spécialisé en mur rideau modulaire et panneaux de bois lamellé-croisé. Cette composante du projet est estimée à plus de 100 000 000.00$.
Dans le cadre de ce processus, les soumissionnaires doivent répondre aux exigences de ce projet pour être présélectionnés. Les fournisseurs présélectionnés seront les seuls fournisseurs autorisés à soumissionner pour l’étendue des travaux.
