Description:
York University (“York”) is soliciting supplier qualification submissions from General Contractors (“Contractors”) that wish to participate in an Interior fit-out, renovation of the 26th floor of 1 Dundas Street West,Toronto, ON, M6P 2A1, a Cadillac Fairview owned building. The renovation is for York’s Osgoode Professional Development. The renovation will consist of approximately 17,000 SQFT, including but not limited to: a reception area, academic classrooms of various sizes and functions, audio visual room, meeting rooms, lounge area, open concept workstations, staff room, staff kitchen, a catering kitchen, additional washrooms and a barrier-free washroom.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
