Description:
York University (“York”) is soliciting Request for Pre-qualification (RFSQ) submissions from professional firms for the provision of site Assessments including geotechnical, surveying, environmental assessment phase 1 & 2, zoning compliance, and infrastructural assess-ment as part of a due diligence review. The land under consideration is nominally 2.5 hec-tares and is located within the City of Vaughan, York Region, Province of Ontario. York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
