Description:
York is seeking qualified Proponent(s) to supply and deliver athletic apparel, accessories and related services for varsity teams, camps, programs, and retail operations. Deliverables include a combination of goods and services designed to support A&R’s operations and objectives. This may include but is not limited to:
- Varsity On-Field Uniforms;
- Varsity Athlete Package (Sideline & Training Clothing);
- Varsity Practice Apparel;
- Varsity Coaches Apparel;
- Footwear;
- Athletic & Recreational Staff Apparel;
- Camp Participant Apparel;
- Intramural Team Champions Apparel;
- Retail Merchandise Supply;
- Retail Merchandise Support;
- Promotional Support;
- Marketing Opportunities;
- E-Commerce Support;
- Camps and Intramural Programs Support;
- Special Events Support.
The expected expenditure is in the range of $350,000 to $450,000 annually in a typical year with annual growth expected with the expansion of retail operations. The historical spend is an average and provided for reference only and should not be utilized as a minimum or maximum commitment.

This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
Delivery Date:
Tentative contract start date November 1, 2021.
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for forty-eight (48) months, with one (1) optional twelve (12) month extension, for a potential Term of sixty (60) months.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
