Description

The Institute for Quantum Computing at the University of Waterloo invites qualified strategic consulting companies to submit proposals for the provision of political, public relations and business strategists on an as needed basis. The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Strategic Consulting, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. The Institute for Quantum Computing requires support in the form of strategic consulting to guide government relations activities over the next 12 months. The consulting services will assist with three tracks of activity:

Communication of IQC mission, objectives and successes to key elected and appointed officials, Parliament, and relevant Crown organizations;
IQC's ongoing programming in the area of cyber-security involving meetings and joint projects of industry, government and the academic community;
Formulation of request for renewal of IQC federal funding.
