Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Hood Cleaning Services as per NFPA-96, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select either one or two Successful Respondents that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
There is a MANDATORY Site Visit as per Section 5 of the RFP. Respondents must have attended the Site Visit in person on the day of the scheduled Site Visit in order for their Proposal to be evaluated. Please contact Leah Gibson: L5gibson@uwaterloo.ca no later than 12:00 pm on Friday, July 12 to confirm your attendance at the Site Visit. A copy of your WSIB clearance certificate shall accompany your email, as this will be required to be on file at the University of Waterloo before the day of the Site Visit.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Respondents should complete a minimum of 1 Bid Table and maximum of 3 Bid Tables. Refer to Section 6 of the RFP for Options. Only complete the Bid Tables in Excel (.xlsx). Completing the Bid Table in a different software program will create uploading errors and your document may not upload. Please note that BidTables may take a significant amount of time to prepare. Please allow additional time to complete the Bid Table(s). Do not leave this to the day of submission.
Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of July 25, 2019 2:30 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents on Merx.
