Your Samples and submission shall be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of of Feb 04, 2020 2:30 PM EST. We strongly recommend that Samples are received at the University of Central Stores by February 3rd and that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
