Description of Procurement

This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in prime consultant services for restoration of existing exterior walls, windows and stairs for two (2) separate projects, as described in Appendix B – Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
For clarity, the RFP will be comprised of two (2) Categories;

Category A: Restoration of existing exterior walls, windows and stairs of Recreation and Athletic Centre (RAC) building;
Category B: Restoration of existing exterior walls, windows and stairs of School of Interior Design (SID) building.

For each Category, Ryerson intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement for Prime Consultants, as provided in Appendix E of this RFP.
Proponents may submit Proposals for one (1) Category or two (2) Categories. Ryerson will evaluate and award each Category independently.
The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before April 3, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement for each Category is approximately one (1) year or the completion of the project. The successful completion of the project is expected to be on or before December 3, 2020.
