Description:
The Faculty of Communication and Design, and the School of Performance at Ryerson University are seeking proposals for a mobile media server and laser projection package. The goal is build a small but flexible media server system based on Dataton’s Watchout, as well as start an inventory of large venue projectors. This system will be used primarily for theatrical and dance performances for the School of Performance in the Ryerson Theatre (Drawing and Technical References attached as Appendix ‘D’), but also in other venues around the Ryerson campus, and will be used by other departments and schools within FCAD.
It is Ryerson’s intent to complete the delivery, installation and commissioning of the new projection system no later than October 31, 2017.

Duration of Agreement:
The term of the Agreement is three (3) years, plus two optional renewal periods of 1 year each, in the discretion of Ryerson.
