GBC is soliciting competitive proposals as outlined in the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified companies (the “Proponents”) specializing in providing an integrated, online career and post-secondary student planning course platform, (collectively the “Deliverables” or “Project”) for Academic Upgrading, on behalf of The School of Work and College Preparation at George Brown College. The terms, conditions and requirements are set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
The contract(s), if awarded, will be administered by George Brown College Procurement Services on behalf of The School of Work and College Preparation, Academic Upgrading.
A more complete description of services sought for this project is provided in Schedule C. The vendor(s) who is selected by GBC pursuant to this RFP (the “Selected Proponent”) will become a successful vendor (the “Successful Proponent” or the “Vendor”) upon the issuance of a Purchase Order (“Agreement”) (Schedule B) with GBC on terms acceptable to GBC, subject to the provisions of this RFP. The provision of the Deliverables to GBC by the Vendor is the (“Project”).
Proponent Information Session
GBC is holding an optional Information Session conference call for potential Proponents who wish to respond to this RFP. The purpose of this visit is to clarify the contents of the RFP in order to ensure a thorough understanding of Academic Upgrading’s requirements.
