Supply, delivery, commissioning, training, and ongoing support 120 ton hydraulic and electric injection mold machine
Equipment Requirements:
-             Hybrid machine design with electric extruder and hydraulic clamp and injection
-             Tie bars spacing to be a minimum of 500 mm
-             Mold weights to be 1,900 kg maximum
-             Machine Design to allow for stack molding
-             User friendly HMI
-             Adaptive hydraulic system pressure (up to 180 bar) with energy saving
-             SPC/SQC software package
-             CSA Factory Inspection
-             Pre-Start Review (PSR): Health & Safety standard to be supplied with equipment or equivalent
-             Comprehensive mold cooling package - 1 inch
-             Pneumatic rotary shut-off nozzle
-             Clamping speed (Dry cycle time: Euromap 6): Minimum 1.3 seconds
-             Euromap 67 Robot Interface
