Centennial College at 940 Progress Avenue is getting random water penetration at the exterior walls and at the roof of stairwell and at No. 2 roof.  Recently we had number of water leaks reported.

The selected proponent will be responsible to review the Tender documents and compare it to the site conditions and ensure the Tender documents does address the roofing repair.  Should there be any discrepancies and misunderstanding of the Tender documents they are to be brought to the contractors and owner’s attention in writing before the last date of inquiries.  The general contractor should be absolutely certain the Tender documents are clear.  No assumptions are accepted.
