The intent of this RFPQ is to identify firms who have demonstrated their ability to deliver high quality audio visual installation, maintenance, repairs and Creston programming services for various future audio visual projects as outlined in these documents. In particular, firms should have knowledge and expertise in installing/programming Creston OEM product lines.
Projects considered within this RFPQ are projects of varying size and scope (small AV installations, repairs to large AV projects) which carry budgets up to $1.5 million. In all cases, AV installations and repairs must meet ANSI/TIA/EIA, CSA, UL, IEC, Infocomm installation, labelling standards and industry best practices with the use of lacing bars and cable management channels where they are required and with the highest level of quality and workmanship.
This RFPQ contains all the information necessary for Audio Visual Contractors to prepare a submission. Proponents are invited to submit proposals in accordance with this RFPQ.
This RFPQ is not a tender and does not create contractual obligations between the Centennial College and any Proponent. Note that there is a separate RFPQ process for the supply of audio visual equipment, hardware, and accessories; Proponents are invited to participate in both processes at their discretion. As such, this particular RFPQ herewith is expressly for establishing vendors of record (VOR) for audio visual installation, maintenance, repairs and Creston installation/programming services.
