Safety Audits
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Offers for Safety Audits of fifteen (15) high schools, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached Tender documents. Companies may bid on any or all five sections shown below. The Purchaser reserves the right to award all sections to one Respondent or to award each section separately.
This tender is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Audits to be undertaken in March/April 2018
1. Science - laboratory classrooms and preparation rooms
2. Health and Physical Education – gymnasiums, storage rooms and weight rooms
Audits to be undertaken in March/April 2019
3. Technology I – design/construction, transportation
4. Technology II - hospitality and hair styling/aesthetics
5. Creative Arts – visual arts, dance, music and drama
It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract made with the successful Respondent(s) for one (1) additional two-year period. If exercised, audits carried out in 2018 would be repeated in 2020 and audits carried out in 2019 would be repeated in 2021. The Purchaser will make their intentions known in writing to the successful Respondent(s) regarding any potential extension period at least sixty (60) days before the expiration of the initial contact term.
