TENDER NOTICE
23-4-2-VB St Francis Xavier High School and St George School Public Address System Upgrades
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”, “Owner” or “Board”), invites Respondents to submit Offers for the upgrade of the public address systems, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions specified in the attached ITT documents. The intent of this ITT is to award contracts to supply and install all materials and labour required to upgrade the school’s public address communications systems for the locations specified in this ITT.
Offers to be submitted by a single email in PDF format to FacilityTenders@ocsb.ca

Tenders shall be delivered by email to the above-noted email address no later than: 2:00:00 pm June 27th, 2023
The recorded time of bid receipt shall be the received email time displayed in the “FacilityTenders@ocsb.ca” inbox; please allow enough time for digital transfer of your email.
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, using due diligence, will solely determine the closing time for receiving bids. Offers received in the “FacilityTenders@ocsb.ca” inbox after the specified closing date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
