ITT 23-1731EC for Pest Management Services
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), on behalf of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and itself, invites (Vendors and Suppliers Contractors) to submit Offers for the supply of PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions and Scope of Work specified in the attached Tender documents.
Contract Term
Any Contract awarded shall commence on June 1, 2023 and shall be completed on or about May 31, 2024, to the full satisfaction of the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall have the option to extend any contract with the successful Respondent for one (1) additional one-year period.
All Respondents must include with their submission:
- valid Operator Licence and Exterminator Licences as per Clause 2.29.3?
- current WSIB Ontario Clearance Certificate.
BID SUBMISSION
Respondents must submit one (1) signed original and one (1) copy of their Bid submission. Any copy should be stamped “copy".
Respondents shall submit their Offers on the Tender Offer form provided and in a properly addressed, sealed envelope which clearly identifies on its face:
- the name and address of the Ottawa Catholic School Board;
- the Tender Offer number and name;
- the Closing date and time;
- the Respondent’s name and return address.
