This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”, “OCSB”, the “Board”) to prospective respondents to prequalify for bidding opportunities for new schools, school additions, alterations and renewal projects valued from $100,000.00 up to $25,000,000.00 over the next five (5) years beginning 01 June 2023 to 31 May 2028.
The majority of the alteration and renewal work will be executed during the months of July and August of each year. Some case specific work may occur during the school year at which point the schools may be occupied when the contract work takes place.
It is the intention of the Board to develop a list of prequalified general contractors based on experience, performance, scale of previous projects, financial capacities, bonding and references for the following categories: Group A up to $25,000,000.00; Group B up to $5,000,000.00; Group C up to $1,000,000.00; and Group D up to $500,000.00. Each Contactor shall indicate which category they wish to be considered for.
Note: Contractors who are currently on the OCSB’s pre-qualified list are required to reapply.
