23-1733BC Purchase of Three (3) Cargo Vans
The Ottawa Catholic School Board, (the “Purchaser”), invites Vendors to submit Offers for the supply of the
vehicle specified, in accordance with the Instructions, Terms and Conditions, and Specifications in the
attached Tender documents. This ITT utilizes the existing Ministry of Government and Consumer Services
(MGCS) VOR arrangement for Vehicle Acquisition - Reference OSS-00634452.
The tender documents can be found on MERX (www.merx.com).
Respondents must submit one (1) signed original Offer.
Respondents shall submit their Offers with the Tender Form provided, in a properly addressed, sealed envelope which clearly identifies on its face:
1) the name and address of the Ottawa Catholic School Board;
2) the ITT number and name;
3) the Closing date and time;
4) the Respondent’s name and return address
