RFP 2020OTN0008 - Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with Payroll

The Finance and Human Resources (HR) departments are currently working to acquire a new Software as a Service (SaaS) Human Resource Management System (the “HRMS”) that integrates core Human Resource Management (HRM) and payroll. This decision was precipitated by the notification that our current solution will be “sunsetting” both HR and payroll functionality effective December 2019, for which OTN had requested and been granted an extension until June 2020.

OTN is seeking to replace some of the manual systems with a HRMS which can support and provide services to approximately 220 employees.  This RFP is to assess current market offerings for HRM and payroll functionality with the intent to select the “best-of-breed”, scalable, long-term technology solution to support Human Resource’s vision.  To achieve OTN’s goals, Human Resources would like to have greater self-service functionality and automated processes in its HRM system, including a high level of document management that is entirely digital.
