The Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) is soliciting competitive proposals from respondents for the provision of workspace planning, office design, and project management services with respect to the build-out of between 17,613 and 35,259 square feet of new leased office space and the refresh and modification of its existing premises at 20 Queen Street West (171,189 sf), Toronto, Ontario (collectively, the “Services”) as further described in Article 3.
The potential scope of services to be provided under the contemplated engagement includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Assessment - Evaluation of current and anticipated space needs
(b) Plan Development
(c) Design services
(d) Furniture
(e) Construction tender package and project management
(f) Project Management
Respondents responding to this RFP must submit a fully executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with RFP on or before 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on August 20, 2018.
A non-mandatory Respondent Briefing and Site Review is scheduled for August 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Upon submission of an NDA, respondents will be given a site tour of the existing premises, an opportunity to ask questions and will be provided with existing floor plans.
Responses to this RFP must be submitted in the English language.
This RFP is an open competitive, negotiated request for proposal.

Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 27, 2018 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) by the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed. Respondents must register with Merx to obtain and to submit a response to this RFP.
