Information Technology Research and Advisory Services OSC201718M-012
The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is soliciting competitive proposals from respondents to provide information technology research and advisory services (the “Services”) for the OSC’s Information Services (IS) unit.
Service Requirements. The respondent shall provide internet access to the respondent’s information technology research, plus access to respondent’s information technology researchers/analysts. The Service requirements shall include the following activities, tasks and deliverables, without limitation:
(a)Access via the internet and mobile device application to knowledge repository of information technology research, comprised primarily of original research, including research papers, articles, product and company rankings, evaluation tools and surveys which contain:
(i)relevant and current fact-based information, and
(ii)analysis, conclusions and recommendations from industry-leading researchers;
(b)Access to and ability to consult with information technology researchers/analysts to discuss specific topics to extend and deepen research availability, including meetings and/or teleconferences with OSC staff to address specific questions and provide more detailed information on specific subjects;
(c)Opportunities for participation by OSC staff in periodic vendor sponsored industry conferences, workshops and peer meetings;
(d)Ability to customize personal web pages; and
(e)Benchmarking data upon OSC request in respect of specific subjects.

Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 17, 2017 by the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.
