IBM Lotus Notes e-mail conversion to Microsoft Outlook (O365 E3) Project Manager RFP OSC201617M-012
The Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) is soliciting competitive proposals for the services of a project manager to assist in the OSC email migration from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook - O365 E3 (the “Services”) as further described in Article 3 of the RFP.
OSC IBM Lotus Notes e-mail conversion to Microsoft Outlook (O365 E3) – Project Manager. The selected respondent’s project manager must have direct hands on experience with both Lotus Notes & Microsoft Outlook email and should have an understanding of environments similar to the OSC’s IT environment, have experience managing the planning, implementation and conversion/roll-out of core office systems, such as e-mail, that represents a significant change to all employees and the way they work. The selected respondent’s project manager will be expected to work onsite at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario.

Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 02, 2016 by MERX Electronic Bid Submissions (EBS).
All responses are to be submitted to the Ontario Securities Commission by the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.
