Endpoint Security Software Suite OSC201617M-156 (the “RFP)
The Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) is soliciting competitive Proposals from respondents for the provision of an endpoint security software suite (the “Solution”), consisting of hard disk encryption, endpoint security, and data leakage prevention.
The potential scope of services to be provided under the contemplated engagement includes, but is not limited to:
3.1 Scope of Work. The OSC is seeking to acquire an endpoint security software suite with the following three (3) components:
(a) Hard Disk Encryption;
(b) Endpoint Security; and
(c) Data Leakage Prevention (DLP)
The OSC requires a Solution in which all three components are produced by a single software manufacturer to ensure interoperability, compatibility and integration. The OSC may choose to acquire any one of the individual components of the endpoint security software suite at different times and the first priority will likely be the hard disk encryption component. See Appendix A - Technical Response Template for full business, functional and technical Solution requirements.
For clarity, respondents must provide a proposal which addresses all three of the above components when submitting a response to this RFP. Each of the three components will be evaluated and scored separately in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria set out in s. 5.9 of this RFP document and a contract award will be made on the basis of a respondent’s aggregate score for all three components.

Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 05, 2017 by the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.
