Dynamics GP System Analyst and Developer Services RFP OSC201819-052 (the “RFP)
The Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) is soliciting competitive proposals for services to assist in developing customized code to ingest, transform and load data coming from the internal and external system. The selected respondent will also provide expertise and assistance in requirements development, solution GAP analysis, data migration, and legacy solutions updates or redevelopments. as further described in Article 3 of the RFP.
The potential scope of services to be provided under the contemplated engagement includes, but is not limited to:
Deliverables Requested. The selected respondent will develop code routines to ingest data from the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), then extract, transform and load the information into Dynamics GP SOP via IIB for the following:
(a) Investment Funds for Prospectus - Allows for workflow management and tracking of all investment fund prospectuses that are submitted to the OSC through the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), as well as data collection and management;
(b) Report of Exempt Distribution (RED) – a system which provides the initial intake and process of exempt distribution information submitted through the OSC electronic filing portal;
(c) Continuous Disclosure RED – Certain exempt issuers in Ontario must regularly provide information – Annual Financial Statements, regarding their status and activities to the public;
(d) Refunds/Waiver/Exemptions; and
(e) Late Fees - These are additional fees levied on a company when it is late in paying its annual participation or filing fee. These fees have an annual cap and running balance which must be maintained and presented on request, (the “Initial Deliverables”). Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 10, 2018 by the use of MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS). Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Proposals in the manner and time prescribed.
