Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Services at Ornge’s base in Thunder Bay, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The services required are full service janitorial services that include but not limited to manpower, uniforms, tools and materials, and equipment and products for general maintenance services as detailed within the RFP.

Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.

-Vendor must comply with Ornge and Public Health Ontario policy on COVID-19: Non-medical Masks and Face Coverings and Physical Distancing for the site visit.
-Vendor must complete pre-screening upon entering the facility.
-Vendor must supply their own masks on the day of site visit and numbers will be limited to 3 persons per vendor.

OTHER MANDATORY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
-Proponents should include the Other Mandatory Submission Requirements and the checklist table in their proposal and indicate (X) whether or not they can meet the specified requirement.
-Proponent must submit either a copy of its proposed agreement or any requested changes to the Form of Agreement (Appendix A). Changes shall be submitted using Schedule B to the Form of Agreement as a separate document on MERX. If the proponent has no requested changes, submit Schedule B stating “Not Applicable” on it.

MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Proponents should include the Mandatory Technical Requirements table in their proposal and indicate (X) whether or not they can meet the specified requirement.
