Description

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Fisher & Paykel MR850 Heated Humidifier, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Ornge recently purchased the BOMImed Hamilton T1 medical ventilator through a competitive procurement process. As part of the requirements Ornge requested proponents to propose the most suitable humidifier compatible to the proposed medical ventilator. The Fisher & Paykel MR850 Heated Humidifier is used by other health organizations in Ontario and a bracket has been developed to mount the humidifier to the ventilator. Thus Ornge requires proponents to submit proposals to this RFQ for the Fisher & Paykel MR850 Heated Humidifier.

Ornge is a family of companies incorporated federally. Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca.

Proponent must submit any requested changes to the Form of Agreement (Appendix A). Changes shall be submitted using Schedule B to the Form of Agreement as a separate document on MERX. If the proponent has no requested changes, submit Schedule B stating “Not Applicable” on it.
